Return Policy

A user may return any product during the time of delivery or within 7 days if:

Product doesn’t meet users expectation

• Product found damaged during the time of delivery
• Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
• Received in an unhealthy/unexpected condition
• If it is not satisfied with the packaging
• Product unusable

A user may return any unopened or defective product can be 20% and less items within

7 days of receiving the items. But following product may not be eligible for return or replacement.

• Damage due to misuse of product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used/ installed.
• Product with tempered or missing serial/ UPC numbers
• Any damaged /defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.

Refund policy:

Mudihut tries its best effort to serve to the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone, email, or SMS. If the service is unable to mudihut that fail to complete, requires any refund, it will be done maximum within 10 days after our acknowledgement.

Refund request will be processed under mentioned situation:

• Unable to serve with any product
• Customer returns any product from a paid order
• Customers cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched

For all the above three sceneries the refund amount will be sent to mudihut balance of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at mudihut upon customers requests. Mudihut will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 48 hours.
